Dave isn't wrong... he truly is THE GUY. He's perhaps the most well-connected person I've met with regards to knowing all the right people to assemble to get any job done. I first contacted Dave after spotting about a million positive reviews for his work on Thumbtack. As soon as I put in a request for a bid on a landscaping job he called me back. Dave is extremely communicative, he's polite, and he's FAST. In just a short few days he had coordinated to have my front and side yard totally overhauled. From overgrown and moss-covered after 5 years without any professional help, Dave's team came and brought the yard back to life. In addition to simply doing this overhaul -which included tree removal, weeding, moss removal, power-washing, raking, tree-trimming, and adding bark- we'll hire Dave and his team to come back more frequently so the yard never gets to this state again. His team can do big jobs, small jobs, and everything in between. Which is great! I was glad to have him do this giant job but am also glad he can be our same contact for quarterly or seasonal maintenance. Dave is perfect for all kinds of projects, not just yard maintenance. Through our talks he mentioned doing pavers, installing fences, and even doing interior household work. This guy and his team can do it all! We'll have Dave back soon to plant some new trees and vegetation in our yard, plus we're in talks to have him help renovate our laundry room. He's been a pleasure to work with and I'm glad to have finally found THE GUY who can do it all. Thank you, Dave!

I recently hired Dave THE GUY to inspect and repair my irrigation system, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only did Dave and his team member, Alfonso, promptly identify the issue with the system, but they also agreed to help me with an additional task - demolishing my old shed. Alfonso managed to complete both jobs skillfully and efficiently within a day, and all this during the same week I contacted them. I was particularly impressed by Dave's easy communication and his fair pricing. The Guy can get done almost anything you need to do around the house or landscape. I spent most of last summer getting work done on the garden/lawn. New soil. New grass. Pathways to walk on. Trees cleaned up. And a crew to come in and maintain it all. I have no more worries regarding the lawn. I’m now making a list for work inside my house for this summer. Dave managed the yard work/restore/cleanup/add barks for my front and back yards. Alphonso and Manny (father-son team) did a good job per what we discussed. I could always text/call Dave for any questions, doubts or incomplete tasks, Dave would respond and straighten things out for us. Dave talks straights so we felt confident with his bid (and was reasonable). Work completed in 2 days plus an extra day for touch up. Dave fixed the previous contractor's screw-up. I had remodeled the downstairs, and the last contractor built a laundry room where you couldn't open the front loading washer without it hitting the opposite wall. He then said he could do nothing and never answered my calls after that. I called Dave. Dave came out, saw the situation, and devised a brilliant solution. We stacked the washer/dryer and moved it against an opposite wall. This meant rerouting the drain pipes located in the wall and foundation. Dave also moved the gas lines as well. It was a brilliantly simple solution that gave us the utility of our laundry room. I had two contractors before Dave say they wouldn't touch it because the sewage and gas lines had to be moved, and they didn't want the job because of it. Super glad I found Dave.

Dave and his crew rebuilt a retaining wall on our property. He did a wonderful job at educating us on what needed to be done and the decisions we needed to make (how many levels, why that matters etc.). His initial estimate on cost AND timing were spot-on.
